The ground floor apartment sleeps up to 4 guests (one bedroom and one sofa-bed in the living room) and has a terrace facing Lake Como. It comes with a very well equipped kitchen with dining table adjacent to the terrace, a double bedroom (queen size bed and sufficient wardrobes for your clothes), separate bathroom (toilet, bidet shower, sink, rain shower), large living with sofa-bed, fireplace and a digital TV with Chromecast.
Impression
Salvia is located on the ground floor of the farm house.
There is lounging furniture on the terrace, a dining table and chairs and of course a large umbrella. Above all, this terrace has a marvelous view on Lake Como.
From late in the morning until sunset, you get lots of sun on the terrace. You will overlook the lake and enjoy this private outdoor space.

Per stay, an additional will be added so you won’t have to worry about cleaning the home or bringing fresh linen.
Tourist tax has to be paid by us to the municipality, for this we have to charge you € 1,- per person per day.
