This upstairs apartment sleeps up to 6 guests and has two floors. On the first floor you find a kitchen / living with direct entrance to the roof terrace with panoramic lake view, the first bathroom (toilet, bidet shower, washbasin, jacuzzi, rain shower), a washing machine in the hallway, the first double bedroom (queen size bed with antique cabinet) and an outdoor space with comfortable furnished terrace and an astonishing lake view. On the second floor you’ll find the 2nd double bedroom (queen size bed with antique cabinet), a second bathroom (toilet, bidet shower, washbasin, rain shower), and a third double bedroom (queen size bed with antique cabinet).
Breathtaking views
Its superior location has a breathtaking panoramic view (these are the frequently heard words from our tenants) on Lake Como as well as the Swiss Alps.
Impression
There’s comfortable furniture on the terrace and of course a large parasol. Above all, this terrace (about 14 m2) has a marvelous panoramic view on Lake Como.
From the morning until sunset the sun is on the terrace and you will enjoy beautiful sunsets at the mountains at the other side of the lake or spectacular thunderstorms which occasionally cool off a warm day to make room for a beautiful new sunny start of the next day.

Per stay, an additional €120 will be added so you won’t have to worry about cleaning the home or bringing fresh linen.
Tourist tax has to be paid by us to the municipality, for this we have to charge you € 1,- per person per day.
